We deliver orders across Kenya. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of courier services.
2. Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of KES 500 is charged on all eligible orders. The shipping fee is clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.
3. Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders with a total value of KES 75,500 or more.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping charge will automatically be removed during checkout.
4. Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 1–5 business days, depending on your delivery location.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Nairobi and nearby areas: 1–2 business days
- Major towns and cities: 2–4 business days
- Remote locations: Up to 5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed as soon as payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping updates where available.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
YASAF TECH CENTRE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or the recipient being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.
